Balance
Something is unfair
Very welcome, and please say what you are basing it on. We do not change balance on a feeling — yours or ours — but a specific complaint with a real match in it goes on the list with the evidence attached.
Conduct
Somebody is a problem
Use the report button in the game first: it reaches the moderation queue with the context already attached. Mail us if it is urgent, or if the report button is the thing that is broken.
Account
Your data, or your exit
Want your account deleted, or a copy of what we hold? Mail from the address you signed up with and say so plainly. See privacy for what there is.
Honest expectations
There are not many of us
This address is read by the same people who write the code. You will get a human reply, and it may take a few days. There is no phone number, no support portal and no ticket ID — for a team this size those would be three more things to maintain badly.
The address is new. If a message bounces, that is us rather than you — try again in a day or two.
