What we keep, and what we don't

Written in plain words, because a policy nobody reads protects nobody.

The short version

No ads

There are none, anywhere, and no advertising network is loaded by this site or by the game.

No third-party trackers

This site loads nothing from anyone else — no analytics script, no tag manager, no social widget, no font from somebody else's server.

Nothing is sold

We do not sell, rent or share your data with anybody for marketing. There is no business here that would.

The longer version

This website

kingstrikers.com is a handful of static files served by Cloudflare. It sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts. Cloudflare sees the ordinary things a web server sees — an address, a browser description, which page was asked for — in order to serve it.

The game

play.kingstrikers.com needs an account, and an account needs an email address and a username. Accounts and game data live in a Postgres database hosted by Supabase. Your email is used to sign you in and to send you the mail that signing in requires. It is not used for marketing, because we do not do any.

Alongside that sits the game itself: your player, your matches, your club, your messages and the record of what you did. That is the game, not surveillance — a career you cannot look back at is not a career.

The alpha reset

King Strikers is in alpha, and the game world will be wiped once when it launches properly. That clears players, clubs, leagues and honours. It is not a privacy measure and it is not an account deletion: if you want the account itself gone, ask, and see below.

What other players can see

Your username, your player, your club, your results and your public profile are visible to other players. Your email address is not. Nothing you would not expect a league table to show.

What your browser stores

The game keeps your sign-in and some cached screens in your browser's own storage, on your device. That is how you stay signed in. It never leaves your device except as the request that signs you in, and clearing your browser data clears it.

Measurements

The game records a small number of its own events — a screen opened, a step of sign-up completed — so we can tell where people get stuck. They are stored in our own database, capped, and shared with nobody.

Getting rid of it

Mail contact@kingstrikers.com from the address you signed up with and ask, either for a copy of what we hold or for the account to be deleted. A deletion takes the account and the personal data with it. Matches that were played stay in the league's history the way a result does, with the player detached from them.

Children

King Strikers is not built or intended for children under thirteen, and we do not knowingly keep an account for one. Tell us if one exists and it will go.

Changes

The game is in alpha and this page will change as it does. Material changes get an entry on the changelog, not a quiet edit.
